Doctrinal Principles

It is very important to have the faith supported on a firm and truthful base. The Holy Bible is one where our church's beliefs can be found, because the truth of God is what defends us. This is what and why we believe in it.

Secularly

WE AFFIRM the right of integration in society, work, health care and education without any kind of discrimination or prejudice, according to our constitutional guarantees.

WE BELIEVE that the governments are established to impart justice, punishing the wrongdoers and protecting the righteous, as is established in Romans 13:1-6, "Let every soul be subject unto the higher authorities."

WE PRAY for the governmental authorities because it is a commandment by God that we respect all human institution as is established in 1 Timothy 2:1-3, "I exhort...that prayers…and giving of thanks, be made for all men."

WE ARE OBLIGED, as citizens, to keep the laws of the land and respect patriotic symbols while promoting other cultures.

WE RESPECT life as a divine intention.

Morally

WE RECOGNIZE man’s free will as the governing principle of conduct.

WE ENCOURAGE sincere, honest and open dialogue and at the same time, understand that it develops our points of view and our aptitudes.

WE CONSIDER that fanaticism and religious intolerance limits the growth of the nations; therefore, we open our doors to the knowledge that eradicates poverty, ignorance, vices and drug dependency.

WE BELIEVE in Science as a gift from God, whose knowledge should serve the greatest of human causes, encouraging the progress and development of all nations.

WE AFFIRM that every person has the right to liberty of thought, in which they can choose the religious creed of their liking, without having to suffer any type of threat or injury.

Religiously

WE BELIEVE in the sole and universal existence of God as established in the book of 1 Kings 8:23, "There is no God like thee, in heaven above, or on earth beneath…"

WE BELIEVE in Jesus Christ, Son of God and Savior of the world, according to the book of Acts 8:37, "I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God."

WE BELIEVE, as a fact, that Jesus Christ was conceived by divine intervention in the womb of a holy and blessed virgin, whose name was Mary as written in the book of Luke 1:26-38, "And, behold, thou shall conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shall call his name Jesus."

WE BELIEVE in the Holy Bible as sole and sufficient rule of faith for salvation of humanity as established in John 5:39 and 2 Timothy 3:16, "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness…."

WE BELIEVE in the love of God, for he called us to be his children, as written in 1 John 3:1, "Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God…"
